At Pest-Away Inc, the health and safety of our customers and employees has always been our top priority. We want to assure you that we will continue to be proactive in keeping our customers safe and healthy. As an essential service to our customers, we are taking appropriate actions to limit the spread of the virus in the communities in which we live and work.
To help ensure your safety, we are taking the following precautionary measures to protect our customers and employees:
- Pest-Away technicians will be equipped with the following protective equipment
- Respirators
- Goggles
- Gloves
- Shoe Covers
- Any Pest-Away employee who has flu like symptoms are asked to inform management, go home and self-isolate, and adhere to the Public Health Agency and follow the COVID-protocol
- Asking our customers if they have symptoms consistent with or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 prior to entering their business or home
- All Pest-Away employees will be keeping recommended safe social distance, as suggested by the Public Health Agency of Canada
We are receiving and monitoring updates from Canadian Public Health and World Health Organization (WHO) as well as local and federal health officials as they are made available and will make any prudent adjustments accordingly.
Please note that our office will be closed to the public and will be operating at less capacity than usual. We are available by phone, email and online web form if possible.
